A B O U T

Who I am:

- a creative writer who has written two YA fiction novels with two more   in the works (if you ask me about them, beware: I won't stop talking)

- a young adult whose favorite movie is still Pirates of the Caribbean

- a Wisconsin native who loves cheese curds and frozen custard

- an amateur knife-thrower (no, really)

- an avid fan of Michael Bublé and all the jazzy greats

Some fun facts about me:

- I can't wrap a present to save my life

- I currently have over a 1,000 day streak on Duolingo and was in the       top 2% of learners in 2021 (I'm kind of a big deal, according to Duo)

- I run a travel account called "Jilly's Jet Lag" and a photography               account called "Jilly's JPEGs" on social media

- I have two main goals in life: to be a published YA author and to be

  on Dancing with the Stars

- my favorite hobbies include reading, writing, and singing karaoke

  in my living room
